1. What styles of martial arts does your school teach?
We teach the Korean art of Tae Kwon Do based upon General Choi, Hong Hi & the ITF. We now also teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu based upon Renzo Gracie.
2. Where are you located?
We are located at 183 Elm Street (Granite Town Plaza) in Milford, NH. Our studio is next to the "Rent 1 Plus" & the "NH Liquor Store".
3. What are your hours?
Our school is open afternoons & evenings Monday through Friday, and Saturday mornings. To view our class schedule & school closings, please see our "class schedule" page.
4. Can I or my child try out a class first?
YES! We actually encourage prospects to "try-out" a class or 2 first before joining.
5. What should I or my child wear to a trial class?
We require a prospect to wear athletic-type clothing (shorts, t-shirt, sweats). Clothes should be loose fitting, not restrictive/tight.
6. What equipment is required?
Beginner students must have a mouth guard & groin cup (males).
Intermediate students must have mouth guard, groin cup (males), head, hand & foot protectors.
Advanced students must have mouth guard, groin cup (males), head, hand & foot protectors, and a chest guard.
**3 to 6 yr. olds (Little Ninja's) are not required to have the protective equipment, but it is highly recommended...especially if they plan to compete**
7. Can I take class with my son/daughter?
Yes, but there are limitations. To see which classes you can take together, view our "class schedule" page.
8. What is the cost?
Our basic program is $109/month (ages 5 & up).*
Our "tiny" Little Ninja's (age 3 & 4) program is $65/month.*

change without notice. Programs are based upon a minimum of 2 x per
week (3 & 4 yr. olds are
1 x per week). We have various payment options and we also
offer
family discounts.*
9. If I have previous training, do I have to start over as a White belt?
No, not necessarily! We would have to evaluate your martial arts knowledge and ability first then make a recommendation of what level you are.
