Buddy Week
During the week of February 13th through February 17th, Lamy's Black Belt Academy will be having a "buddy" week. Buddy week is when you (the student) bring someone in to participate in class with you. You can bring a friend, neighbor, family member, and/or co-worker. All buddies can participate all week or for just one class (it's up to them). You may also bring more than one "buddy" to class or bring a "buddy" one day and a different "buddy" another day...it is up to you!

"Kick for Cancer" Tournament
On Saturday April 14, 2012, White Dragon Martial Arts of New Hampshire will host their 23rd annual "kick for cancer" tournament @ Gilmanton School in Gilmanton Iron Works, NH.
Registration is now offered 3 ways: Pre-register online at their website, pre-register by mail-in entry form, or door registration! Registration fees are $30 for 1 event and $40 for 2 or more events. Door registration opens @ 8:30am. Pre-registrations must be received by March 31, 2012. Spectator Donation is $5. Make checks payable to: 2012 Kick for Cancer; Mail-in entry forms to: White Dragon Martial Arts of NH, 178 Burke Rd., Gilmanton Iron Works, NH 03837; Pay online at: www.kajukenpopailum.com/event.htm . Tournament begins at 10:00am!

Jiu-Jitsu Class has been cancelled as of Dec.23, 2011
Due to the active number of students vs. the cost of holding the class, the Jiu-Jitsu program at Lamy's Black Belt Academy has been discontinued as of December 23, 2011. We're sorry for any inconvenience! We hope to bring back the class in the future, but for now it has been suspended indefinitely. Please check back from time to time to learn if the class is reinstated. Thank you!
Voted #1 in Souhegan Valley 2 years in a row
Lamy's Black Belt Academy was voted #1 in the Souhegan Valley in 2011. This marks the 2nd year in a row being voted #1 by the reader's of the Cabinet, Merrimack Journal, and Hollis-Brookline Journal. The Academy was also voted #1 in 2010. We are proud of our service to the Souhegan Valley. We "Thank You" for your continued support!
Celebrating 10 years in Business in Milford, NH
On July 10, 2010, Paul & Amy Lamy & Lamy's Black Belt Academy, Ltd. celebrated their 10 year Anniversary of being in business in Milford, NH.
The celebration started @ 10:00am with free classes in both Tae Kwon Do & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The classes were followed by games, a free BBQ, Raffle & Prize Wheel; and then ended with a free Self-Defense Seminar. We are thankful to all the local businesses who donated a prize for our raffle and helped to make our 10th Anniversary a success!!!
We are also very thankful for the support of our students and their families!!!
